Quantitative: Telephone

 

There are many instances when telephone interviewing is still the optimal data collection approach. This is frequently true for certain audiences such as the elderly or non-English speaking consumers, or when the survey requires a great deal of probing and clarifying by trained interviewers. Our approach takes into account the growing number of cell phone only or cell phone dominant households, and the special government regulations when calling these individuals.
